How it works
Subscribe
Subscribe easily and safely through our website. Tell us the type of fish food you want and an estimate of your pond size at the checkout, fill in your delivery details and pay. We’ll do the rest.
Delivery
Your 1st Pondbox will be delivered direct to your home and will contain your chosen fish food and a handy guide. Every 2 months, around the 23rd of the month, we will send you a new Pondbox.
Changing your subscription
If you need to change or cancel your subscription, it’s easy to do via your account on this website.
